Appointment Setter [United States]


 

AgencyDitch is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter/Cold Caller to join our rapidly expanding SOLAR appointment setting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for calling OPT-IN Leads in the United States, prequalifying them for solar solutions, and booking in-person or virtual consultations with our sales representatives. Responsibilities:

Call HOT within targeted geographic areas, presenting our solar solutions and educating them on the benefits of switching to solar energy.

Prequalify potential clients based on their energy needs, property suitability, and financial eligibility for solar incentives and programs.

Schedule in-person/virtual consultations between qualified homeowners and our sales representatives, ensuring efficient coordination and a high level of service.

Maintain accurate records of all call interactions, client details, and appointment bookings within our CRM system.

Continuously update and expand your knowledge of solar energy products, industry trends, and regional incentives to provide accurate information to homeowners.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.

Meet or exceed monthly targets for booked appointments and sales conversions.

Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure continuous professional development.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in a related field is a plus.

Proven experience in sales, appointment setting, or a call center environment, preferably within the solar or renewable energy industry.

Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with a diverse range of clients.

Strong active listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions to uncover client needs.

Goal-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using CRM software, Dialer Phone System.

Passion for clean energy and a commitment to promoting environmentally friendly solutions.

There is a small base pay along with a bonus per appointment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $400.00 - $700.00 per week
