We’re urgently searching for a diligent REAL ESTATE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT with experience working with real estate.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Manage CRM and update database
-Manage Social Media pages
-Send out email campaigns
-Notify transaction participants when a deadline is approaching
-Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible
-Coordinate schedules to ensure optimal open houses and final walkthroughs, travel arrangements, and general appointments
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL SETS:
- Proficiency with the following applications and softwares: Podio, Privy, Canva, Real Estate Investors Facebook Group
-Has experience to cold call and source contractors
-Ability to manage a calendar and schedule appointments
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-Knowledge of marketing, advertising, and public relations
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent organizational skills
-Familiarity with social media platforms
-Proficiency with cloud-based platforms such as Google Docs, Skype, and other remote team messaging apps
-Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
-Skilled in data entry
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-High-speed internet connection
