Essential functions:
- Contact customers with overdue accounts
- Negotiate payments according to company guidelines
- Enter results into collection system using keyboard/computer
- Meet department call and collection goals
- Adhere to compliance standards and practices
Experience in the following a plus, but not necessary:
- Telephone/dialer
- Third-Party Agency
- FDCPA Knowledge
- Bi-lingual, Spanish speaking
