Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Dialing Agent to join our team. As a Dialing Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, handling inquiries, and issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a high conversion rate, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team.
Key Responsibilities

Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Requirements
- Good to have at least 0- 6 months of experience doing outbound calls in a BPO/high-volume environment, freshers are also welcome
- Must be open to graveyard shift/shifting schedules
- Preferably someone with experience in Customer Service, Voice based Support, very good communication skills, and good stability.
- Should not be jumping jobs.
- Must have a laptop or desktop which meets the minimum qualifications:
- Processor:
- Core i5 or higher
- RAM - 8GB or higher
- Bandwidth Requirements Minimum:
- Download Speed: at least 10 Mbps
- Upload Speed: at least 10 Mbps
- A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background.
