Job Description & Skill Requirement:
- Coordinate between the Engineering and IT teams to complete the Vault data management software implementation, including transition of the extensive, existing document library into Vault.
- Act as the Document Library Administrator, working closely with all Engineering department personnel to accurately file, maintain and track documentation.
- Champion best practices for document & records management, including drawing issuance and revision
- Demonstrate a methodical and analytical approach to work.
- Support internal manufacturing and project execution teams by ensuring all team members have latest revisions of documents.
- Manage transmittal process with clients and vendors.
- Demonstrates adherence to client driven engineering document services policies, procedures, standards and guidelines.
- Provides services for engineering document requests.
- Communicates document requirements and client standards to engineering team.
- Ensures document transmittals by others are accurate and complete.
- Utilizes interpersonal skills in maintaining balance with all parties' requirements and priorities.
- Proactively communicates with client Document Control Specialists and internal teams to manage workload and project requests.
- Contributes to development of department policies including documentation, storage, and organization policies.
- Initiates corrective action for continuous improvement of efficiency and customer service
- Performs quality assurance and quality control of engineering documents.
- Performs periodic archiving and audits to maintain document repository standards
- Investigates compliancy as necessary.
- Support of engineering documents with verification of document accuracy through audits.
- Work with Engineering Manager to maintain the Engineering project priority list.
- Support Engineering team internal and external communications as necessary.
- Display proven time management and follow-through skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
- Confirm accurate Engineering time capture and application to appropriate projects.
- Display tactful, mature and professional demeanor with well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work with diverse personnel.
- Adhere to company policies.
- Other duties as assigned.

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
