Learning Specialist
Overview
The Specialist II, Learning & Development, Learning Technology Solutions role is an individual contributor technologist role that is responsible for digitally transforming the learning experience for the Walmart Customer Care Organization. This role will partner across the Customer Care Learning & Development Teams to consult on ways to innovate and enhance learning experiences and associate engagement using technology to improve the learner experience in our New Hire, Continuing Ed and Leadership programs. This role is integral in the Customer Care L&D teams’ effort to meet the modern learner where they are through technology applications. Provides insights and analytics to the functional teams to enhance and elevate our data driven approach. Automates manual tasks and removes manual admin burden. This individual should be comfortable consulting on the use of EdTech, advocating for the right solution for the right use-case. Understands what data matters, and how to create a compelling data story. This individual also owns the project / program planning for this workstream and drives the strategic direction of learning technology implementations, data analytics & insight and apps and automations for the Learning and Development organization.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
