Non-Alcoholic Beverage Demo Representative

 

Health and Fitness Activations is seeking reliable, health-conscious brand ambassadors to work with us on an ongoing in-store demo sampling program!

Job Description:

• Promote, sample, and sell award-winning alcohol-free beverages!

• Educate consumers about this alc-free product as an option for all of life's moments, big and small.
• The right candidate must be successful at reaching sales goals, be energetic, relatable, and PASSIONATE about non-alcoholic drinks.
• Also must have (or be willing to obtain) a 4-foot demo table and a food handler certificate.

Pay: $27/hr - paid weekly via direct deposit. This is a W2 role.

Locations: Demos take place within a grocery retailer at the following locations:

• 10081 Adams Avenue, Huntington Beach, CA. 92646
• 23932 Aliso Creek Rd, Laguna Niguel, CA. 92677
• 2520 Gendale Blvd, Los Angeles, CA. 90039
• 2847 Park Ave, Tustin, CA. 92782
• 415 Newport Center Dr, Newport Beach, CA. 92660
• 8525 Irvine Center Dr, Irvine, CA. 92618

Dates/Times:

• Must be available to complete at least one demo in July. There is one demo available per location.
• Demos are 3 hours long: 11AM- 2PM, 12PM-3PM or 3PM-6PM.
• Demos will be scheduled on a Saturday or Sunday. We'll allow some weekday shifts within the given month.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• The right candidate must be able to commit to and complete one demo per month beginning ASAP. This will become an ongoing program for the right candidate.
• You may be trained to schedule your own demos directly with the stores. Communicating product ordering will be crucial to your role.
• Sales goal is to sell 10 cases (each case is a 6 pack) per 3-hour demo. Bonuses are available for meeting goals.
• You will be required to set up a demo table within retailers, pour/distribute samples, and engage with every person, customer, and employee alike.
• Proper photos and reporting will be expected at each demo.

Training: Must be able to complete a paid, virtual training course prior to first demo. Previous knowledge of Promomash is a plus!
