As a QA Analyst, you will work closely with many teams, including Development, Billing, Technical Support and Product to ensure all business scenarios are considered as user stories and acceptance criteria are defined. You will go further than simply testing, diving deep into user requirements, contributing to the design and direction of our product and becoming the subject matter expert on customer needs during the entire development cycle.·

About the Role - Essential Functions
- Advocate for Quality
- Analyze software from the customer's point of view and advocate for user experience as well as verify the expected functionality
- Partner with various teams and stakeholders to understand customer and business needs, sharing those with the team to provide insight into the product needs
- Explain and document priority and severity of bugs
- Distinguish between bugs and new ideas or feature requests
- Test
- Go beyond simple requirements and test the product holistically
- Anticipate possible complications that stem from changes being made elsewhere in the system
- Explore the features you are testing, looking for weaknesses in logic or implementation
- Audit test cases and plans generated by other team members
- Build better products and teams
- Participate in all planning and estimation practices
- Promote professional responsibility on your team, encouraging and promoting a quality-first attitude
- Clearly and promptly communicate any defects, issues, or concerns with software before, during, and after the development process
- Contribute to the conversation that defines best practices for the team
About You - Essential Qualifications
Ability to understand, communicate, and test on user needs and requirements- Proven ability to understand and categorize defects in terms of severity and priority
- Experience with Azure DevOps (formerly TFS), JIRA, or similar
- Demonstrated ability to identify root causes of defects
- Experience working with billing, licensing, or payment services is desirable
- Experience with languages used in our products: HTML, Javascript, C#, etc. is desirable
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role

The salary range varies, and pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, certifications (if applicable), candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and years of experience among other factors.
Range: $91,000 - 115,000
