job Description:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Medicare/Medicaid customer service support role.
Someone having good experience in Insurance industry
Need experienced Call center person who can handle inbound and outbound calls
Skills/Certifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Proficient oral and written communication skills.
Proficient in interpersonal and organizational skills.
Exceptional time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
If current company employee, must meet minimum performance expectations.
Clear and concise verbal and written communication while multitasking
