Accounts Payable/Customer Service [United States]

  • Comfortable talking on the phone with vendors all day
  • Able to de-escalate billing issues in a professional and understanding manner
  • Knows how to address customer service problems efficiently and promptly
  • Ability to prioritize issues that need to be addressed before others
  • Accurate data entry
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic calculations
  • Multi-line entry into the accounting system (QuickBooks)
  • Extreme organization and filing system.
  • The ability to meet deadlines. (Good sense of time management)
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets and Notion)
  • Correspond with Vendors and respond to inquiries within a reasonable time frame.
  • Great Customer service
  • Research and resolve payable discrepancies and issues
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Professional integrity
  • Sort, code and match invoices
  • Provide supporting documentation for audits

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
