JOB PURPOSE:
This position reports to the Assistant Director of Philanthropy and works closely with stakeholders across the organization to provide data support to all areas of the organization, accessing and providing reports that analyze and present data in a variety of forms and functions. Data analysis, data reporting, and data quality are primary functions of this position. This position conducts extensive analysis and research and creates intuitive ways to represent data to different groups of people. This person will organize and present information in both customized and standardized reports and will also compile and distribute profiles and data points for use by different program leads and executive leadership. This position will also create processes and conduct trainings with key teams when appropriate. In addition, this position will participate in prospect and portfolio management (CRM), as well as in the identification, analysis, and presentation of information about donors, funders, partners, and prospects.
