Under general supervision of the Assistant Director of Human Resources, provide administrative, project, and analytical support for HR processes and functions across Student Affairs. Works with HR leads to process transactions, assistant departments with recruitment efforts, onboard employees, develop and maintain job descriptions, provide general guidance on personnel policies and procedures, facilitate general benefits communication, offboard employees, and maintain employment records.
