We are looking for someone passionate about the hospitality, concierge or travel industries with strong existing knowledge of what it takes to be the most high-value-add customer service agent. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, ambitious and determined person who wants to take their career in the customer service and concierge space to the next level

General Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with our team of specialists to serve our members and fulfill dining, experience, and travel requests, and create custom itineraries

  • Communicate with our worldwide team clearly and efficiently

  • Communicate with venues and suppliers to ensure the highest standards of service delivery are met

  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Remote (Regardless of Location): $56,800 - $64,800 for Premium Customer Agent I

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
