The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and scheduling all phases of the project.
Essential Functions: include the following:
- Seek approval for all CO’s required in both design and construction
- Obtain BOM during design to plan for and issue long lead items for PO and to verify material and labor cost are consistent with our estimate.
- Update and maintain all sets of drawings, specifications and logs
- Assist with preparation of schedules and master schedule
Qualifications:
- BS/BA in Engineering/Construction Management
- 5-year minimum industry experience
- Previous Multifamily and/or Residential Plumbing required
- Estimating and scheduling skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- AutoCAD experience
