Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly-skilled Trimming Manager with expertise in the cannabis industry to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about the cannabis industry, have prior experience in trimming, and are fluent in Russian, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the trimming department.
2. Train, guide, and manage trimming teams ensuring quality and efficiency.
3. Maintain compliance with state regulations related to cannabis trimming and handling.
4. Continuously review and optimize trimming processes and procedures.
5. Maintain an open line of communication with cultivation and post-harvest teams.
6. Travel to multiple facilities or locations as required.
7. Manage inventory and supplies needed for trimming operations.
8. Implement safety protocols and ensure team adherence.
9. Collaborate with other department managers to ensure consistency and quality across all products.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
