We're a "people & relationships over margins" start-up company seeking a Marketing Analyst for remote-work to drive massive growth in an already fast growing company offering a highly sought after service.
REQUIREMENTS:
-AN ACTIVE FACEBOOK ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION

The Task At Hand:
-Stay on top of performance metrics to make sure campaigns continue to deliver consistent results
-Make optimizations to campaigns based on data and analytics to improve performance
-Communicate campaign optimizations and changes to client and rest of team
-Analyze clients' lead responses and make recommendations for improvement
-Write custom ad copy as needed with help of ChatGPT
-Identify opportunities and make recommendations for clients to increase ad spend
-Download sales reports from client's CRMs for sales attribution
The Ideal Candidate:
-At least 2 years working within Facebook Business Suite (including Ads Manager)
-At least 2 years in a customer service role
-Excited about being in a role where you are a hybrid of being data driven/analytical as well as customer centric/customer facing
-Understanding of digital marketing and media buying
