Your Impact:

Program Risk

  • Oversight of Program Risk Management Program
  • Develop a Program Risk Management Plan
  • Implement a program- and project-level risk management program
    • Identify risks (i.e. financial, schedule, construction, operational, legal, environmental, political, reputational, etc.) at the project and program level by use of risk registers or comparable format
    • Assess risk on both a qualitative and quantitative level
    • Develop and track mitigation measures associated with risks through closure
  • Produce high-level risk reports for senior management on a regular cadence
  • Work with senior management to analyze program and project roll-up risk metrics
  • Determine and develop process/procedures required to manage and/or improve program and project-level risk; develop workflows as required
  • Create Business Continuity Plan(s) as required

Program Performance

  • Establish and track program and project level performance based on current data captured by internal database systems
  • Work with senior management to develop a set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Work with technology team to ensure systems properly gather and track KPI data points
  • Analyze and report on KPIs to senior management on a regular cadence
  • Determine and develop program-level process/procedures/workflows required to improve program performance
  • Oversight of program-level internal and external audits (i.e. policy, compliance, etc.); assessment of findings; management of corrective actions required
  • Oversight of contractor assessments; compilation and assessment of findings; establishment of process and program-wide roll-out
Here’s What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience supporting a major Aviation program
  • Extensive experience in Risk Management of a major program

The base salary range for this position is $192,400 to $300,550. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
