Coordinating and scheduling candidate travel and interviews.
Developing and maintaining relationships with outside staffing agencies to build temporary applicant pool for roles enterprise-wide.
Coordinating temporary staff sourcing, offers and on-boarding.
Managing new team member on-boarding process; including orientation schedules and reporting, and process new hire set up paperwork.
Working with HR partners, payroll and departments across the organization to ensure new hires are properly set up and on-boarded.
Managing the Employee Referral Program.
Generating and maintaining regular reporting.
Overseeing department budget and invoicing.
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Special Certifications or Technical Skills
Strong Excel, basic Access and Microsoft office software skills
Minimum Type of Experience the Job Requires
1-3 years’ experience in a human resource function, including recruitment and hiring
Other
General knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Preferred Education
Some college education preferred; or significant work experience required
