The Transitions Elite Process Advisor Mission

Your mission as a Process Advisor is to streamline, scale, and optimize our practice transition processes. Your aim is to support the elevation of practice transitions from a $100 million portfolio to a $500 million by 2030.

You will do this by designing and implementing the Transitions Elite "Main Street" strategy, aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing complexity. This strategy will rely on data-driven decisions and clear budgeting. Your focus will be on the most impactful aspects of the business following the 64/4 principle (similar to the Pareto Principle).

As a Process Advisor, you'll source, meet, and secure ideal deal vendors. Every quarter, you'll be expected to connect with 12 potential new deal vendors, and to secure financing, legal, and accounting partners to support the transition process.

Furthermore, you will develop a Practice Valuation Process that is time-efficient and provides accurate valuations, as validated by our financing partners. The process should consistently receive high customer feedback scores, no less than 9 out of 10.

Your efforts should lead to high client satisfaction. Success will be measured by glowing testimonials from 90% of our practice clients, referrals from 30% of our practice clients, and an average listing to closing duration of less than 9 months.

You will also be expected to demonstrate excellent sales call conversion skills, with a target of a 12% conversion rate of qualified sales calls into signed contracts.

Your contributions will help Transitions Elite make a significant positive impact on the world, including facilitating an annual social contribution of $1 million to those in need.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
