About the role
As a Staffing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Global Talent Management team by ensuring that all transactional tasks are completed and delivered in a timely manner. You will be responsible for coordinating and responding to all the day-to-day queries and administrative responsibilities for the team ensuring prompt resolution and escalating to senior team members where necessary. You will also assist with phases of the recruiting process on a global scale for departments such as Technology, Business Development, Branding & Communications, and Accounting & Finance. Other key responsibilities include:


  • Monitoring service requests via ServiceNow ticketing system and monitoring a case from open to close status
  • Initiating and monitoring the onboarding process for new joiners of the firm
  • Completing special Talent Management projects as needed
  • Maintaining and developing strong working relationships with all stakeholders and relevant global departments across the firm

Compensation & Benefits
Successful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment, but will also receive a generous and competitive total compensation package. The salary range for this role is $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location. Discretionary bonuses may be awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance — and profit-sharing partnership contributions to 401(k) accounts may be given based on firm performance.
