Role Description:
- As a Remote Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering quality customer support via phone, email and chat.
- This position is 100% remote providing you with the flexibility that fits your lifestyle.
- You choose the client you want to work for and curate your own schedule.
- This position is entry-level and open to ALL individuals 18 years of age or older.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- 6 months of Customer Service experience not required but preferred
- Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Base pay: $10 - $19/hr
Availability:
- Ability to set your own schedule.
