You will play a vital role in generating sales and promoting our senior living communities. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with warm leads, build relationships, and guide prospective residents and their families through the sales process. With a focus on consultative selling and exceptional customer service, you will help match potential residents with the perfect living options within our communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to warm leads promptly and engage in consultative selling to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct virtual tours of our senior living communities, showcasing the amenities, services, and care options available.
  • Provide detailed information about pricing, availability, and levels of care to potential residents and their families.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects, answering their questions and addressing any concerns.
  • Collaborate with community teams to coordinate personalized visits, ensuring a seamless transition from lead to resident.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies and relationship management.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in inside sales, preferably within the senior living industry or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with prospects and build rapport.
  • Ability to empathize with seniors and their families, understanding their unique needs and concerns.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced sales environment.

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
